Mark 7 Intergation

Chain Tensioning:

  • Connect the chain with the master link

  • Rotating the eccentric tensioner with a special tool

  • Allow 0.25’’ to 0.5’’ of vertical chain movement at the midpoint

  • Ensure smooth motor rotation without extra pressure from the chain

Wheel Alignment:

  • Adjusting the toes and cambers of the wheel

  • Adjust the Ackermann steering geometry

  • Ensure stable acceleration and maneuvers

Cooling Loop:

  • Connect the rubber hose with the adapter and the hose clamps

  • Ensure the appropriate bending radius of the hoses

  • Repeatative testing to prevent leaking

  • Keep the hoses away from the HV components

  • Bleed the cooling loop with distilled water for maximum efficiency

  • Elevate the filling point to eliminate the air

Torque Suspension & Wheel Bolts:

  • Torque all the suspension Bolts to 20nm

  • Torque wheel bolts to 70nm
